Welcome! Feel free to browse about the photos and posting that describe my watercolors, ceramics and other forms of art. The blogging originates from the Long Beach Peninsula in Wasington state on the coast of the Pacific Ocean, a classic artists' mecca/colony with a myriad of summer festivals, a great place to age gracefully. Dr. M. L. King jr. Month Good Time to Read
January and a holiday thanks to observance of Dr. King's b.day is a great time to bring a stack of books home from the library and catch up on art history or whatever. The cold, damp days are perfect for a long read under a hand-made afgan throw. When the wind blows and the windows rattle, put on the tea kettle, hunker down and if not watching figureskating, flip a few pages. Makes us literately mobile.
